Lee-Anne is responsible for all aspects of operations, from guest services to training. She will also lead various workshops during the retreat (e.g. a newborn first aid course).

Lee-Anne began as a nurse specializing in children and rose to become head of the postnatal department at the Hirslanden Clinic. During her career and as a mother of two children, Lee-Anne has experienced the challenges faced by new mothers. With these experiences, Lee-Anne is fully dedicated to Celesta's mission.

Chang comes from a Chinese culture where postnatal care is a given. She was surprised at how little service new mothers receive in Switzerland. As a mother herself, she can understand the challenges of the first few days after birth very well and knows how important support is for new mothers. The idea for Celesta was born from this personal experience.

With her entrepreneurial spirit and finance background, Chang partnered with Lee-Anne to realize this vision.
